Grade Scale

QR Scores are mapped to action-oriented grades that communicate the resilience posture and recommended response.

Score Range Grade Meaning Risk signal
90–100 Sustain Highly resilient — maintain current practices Low risk — strong infrastructure posture
75–89 Optimize Strong foundation — fine-tune for excellence Below-average risk — minor improvements possible
60–74 Strengthen Adequate resilience — build on existing capabilities Moderate risk — specific areas need attention
40–59 Improve Focus areas identified — targeted improvements needed Elevated risk — material gaps exist
0–39 Prioritize Action required — address foundational gaps High risk — significant infrastructure concerns

Grades provide a quick classification, but the pillar breakdown offers more actionable insight:

  • A score of 62 (“Strengthen”) with a Device Health pillar at 35 tells a different story than one with all pillars at 60–65 — use Get Pillars to see the breakdown
  • The trend matters as much as the absolute score — a 55 trending up over 90 days is different from a 55 trending down; use Get Trend to see the trajectory

The grade is returned as a string in the Get Score response:
